Nico is a chef, restauranteur and presenter who delivers Latin and Caribbean food with an Irish accent. He learned about Caribbean flavours from his grandmother, but matured as a chef over six years travelling in Latin America and he has since brought all of that knowledge to bear in his Irish cookery shows and pop ups.

Nico creates memorable recipes, programmes and partnerships, with knowledge, flavour and flair at the forefront. These features have been a trademark of his popular RTE series “All fired up” and “Grill Seeker” as well as his collaborations on series such as "high road low road (2023) ", "Donal and Nico's cheesy adventure (2021) " and "RTEs summer show“ (2023).
